  • We offer both domestic (UK) and international shipping. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Free worldwide shipping is available when you purchase 2 or more units. You can choose from standard or express shipping at checkout.

    • UK Domestic Shipping: Standard delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.

    • International Shipping: Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days.

    Shipping prices may vary, and the latest price will be displayed at checkout.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email with your tracking information so you can monitor its delivery.

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. To start the process, contact us at support@giogio.club.

  • The customer is responsible for the postage cost of the returned product. We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return after you contact us.

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, please contact us at support@giogio.club.

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@giogio.club. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a solution.

  • If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the item for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired product. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that it is the customer’s responsibility to settle any customs duties or taxes upon receipt of their order.

  • Orders are processed during the workweek (Monday to Friday) if the payment is confirmed before 1:00pm. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.
